Iordanis is a fictitious company which links all mineral water suppliers across Greece and Balkan. As a personal exercise I wanted to create a splash screen for a mobile app which could appeal to the specific audience and boost company’s brand awareness. My project included the design of simple, minimalistic logo and also a collection of screen wallpapers.
I was inspired by canvas I have previously painted for Greek Orthodox chapel in Lincoln. Icon is an important symbol in Greek mentality and a river offers nice semiotical connection to natural springs. I generated the logo that sparked the idea of satisfaction for those who are thirsty.
